Yes. Most businesses publish a Callverted number in their area code, and it rings your own line first, so nothing is needed from the phone company. If you would rather not change what you have already printed and listed, keep publishing your current number and have your carrier send unanswered calls to Callverted instead. Either way your team answers first and your regular customers reach you the way they always have.
Nothing changes about the call. Callverted only picks up if nobody does, and it never interrupts a live call. The conversation is recorded, transcribed and written up in the background.
That they have reached your business, and that they are speaking to an automated assistant. Then a short conversation to get three things down: what the problem is, where the work is, and how urgent it is. It asks in plain language, one question at a time, and stops as soon as it has them. It never pretends to be a person.
It never books, ever. Price is your call: leave it off and it says the team will confirm when they call back, or switch it on and it will read back the ranges you configured when a caller asks for one.
